Every mall needs some type of restaurant in its space, don't you think? Bouchez Sports Bar & Grille has found a home inside the Galleria in Centerville. Although I haven't checked the place out on football Saturdays or after-work hours, it seems staff are working on expanding its entertainment since the place just opened last June.
